OLDEN GATE BRIDGE

This an acrylic on paper mono prints of what I image an historic bridge will look like once people stop taking care of it. This work has never been featured anywhere except on one of the tee shirts I wear to work.
CITY OF WISHES

I created this acrylic painting on a wood panel using an image transfer technique involving film plastic. That is to say, I applied acrylic paint to a plastic grocery bags and pressed it against a wood panel. Don't try this at home.. This work will soon be featured on a tee shirt I will wear to work one out of five days of my work week.
HEAVENLY INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION NOT TELEVISED

This mixed media piece from 2023 will soon be featured on a tee shirt I'll be wearing as I perform my duties as maitre d and cashier at a small but excellent restaurant. As for the above referenced work, it doesn't mean a thing. However, I enjoyed creating it and I hope others enjoy seeing it.
BREAK ROOM

The break room is an enchanted place. Think about it. This is the place where you get to know your coworkers. Vending machines full of soda, candy, and chips stand guard along a wall. Believe me, I've spent a lot of time in break rooms. Ever notice how the break room is always close to the boss's office? Anywhoo, this painting has nothing to do with employment experiences.In fact, it has nothing to do with anything. Hope you like it.
ORANGE SODA OCEAN

When I was a child I escaped from the planet of the apes and became a sailor in a prestigious navy.. The navy part is true, the crap about the planet of the apes is nonsense. Everyone knows there is no escape from the planet of the apes. As a sailor in a prestigious navy I spent a lot of time on then ocean. However, I did not drink very much orange soda. To this day I do not drink orange soda, but I like the way it looks in a clear plastic cup. I marvel at it's carbonated beauty. As best I can remember, there wasn't any orange soda on the planet of the apes.
JOINT LUNAR MISSION

In 1969 humans walked on the moon for the first time. I don't doubt this happened. What I can't figure out is why.
THOSE TRICKY SUBMARINES
2023
In the later half of the twentieth century a prestigious navy maintained a fleet of 41 ballistic missile SUBMARINES. The need for such a force is sure to be discussed and debated for thousands of years. All I can say is serving aboard one of those tricky vessels for a small portion of my youth really sucked.
THE SIX WHOM DARED
2025
These six drawings commemorate the pioneering six guitars that never reached the red planet. In fact, not a one of them attempted to go to Mars. What would be the point. At least on Earth they stand a chance of winding up on a tee shirt. What could be better?
HERE COME THE SPECTERS

Little is known about the origin of the specters. Some believe they come from outer space, just like most things that can't be explained. Others believe they have been here all along and were away on vacation. Either way, I'm glad they are here. Enigmas make things interesting.

Way back in time, somewhere between the second world war and disco, there was a kid in the old neighborhood that moved away when he was fourteen,Funny thing is he moved away, his parents stayed.Questions and rumors were in abundant supply. Turns out the kid was in jail. What was his crime? He attempted to feed a horse scrambled eggs.

The really important work is done at night. The reason for working during the day is to induce fatigue so more gets done at night.
